Hare Krishna erupted from the deepest core of Mahāprabhu's heart

"Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is like a golden volcano. From a volcano the lava is erupting from the top — but this fire is coming from very deeply in the volcano, not from the top. In the same way this mahā-mantra is coming very deeply from his heart."
The mahā-mantra is not a beautiful phrase invented five hundred years ago, and not a material sound. Picture lava rising from the very core of the earth — slowly, unstoppably, from the deepest depth. It is from exactly there, from the innermost core of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's heart, that "Hare Krishna" erupted. This Name carries the heat of His love. So don't sing it from the surface of your lips.
Let it rise from your depth too — from the very core where He placed it.
