Don't expect Krishna's form, qualities, and pastimes to arrive separately, as a reward for effort — later, after the Name itself. Gurudev says it plainly: you may be seeing this Harinama Sankirtan, but you don't always see that inside it there is already all Krishna — Nama, Rupa, Guna, Parikara, Lila, and Rasamrita. He recalls how a garland was strung for the guests: one flower, Hari; another flower, Krishna; and the thread holding them together was krishna-prema. You cannot see the thread, but without it there is no garland. So it is with the sound you are chanting right now: Krishna's form, entourage, and pastimes are already woven into it, only hidden, like the thread among the flowers.
